1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Tuttii's desktop or mobile app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What Tuttii is
Tuttii is a creative tool: you upload songs, Tuttii separates them into vocal and instrumental stems, and you arrange those stems into your own mashup projects, with automated key/tempo matching and full manual override. Tuttii provides the technology — you provide and are responsible for the music.
3. Your content and your responsibility
This is the section that matters most, so we're stating it plainly: Tuttii does not review, license, clear, or verify the rights to any song you upload. We do not use audio fingerprinting or content recognition to screen uploads. This mirrors how standard music production software (like Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or FL Studio) works — the tool doesn't police what you create with it.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any song you upload, process, or export using Tuttii — whether you keep your mashup private or share it publicly. Tuttii makes no distinction between private and public use at the product level; the responsibility is the same either way, and it's yours.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Tuttii to: violate any law or third party's rights; upload content you don't have the right to use; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service; or resell or redistribute the Service itself without our permission.
5. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Subscriptions, credits, and payment
Tuttii offers a free tier (on-device processing) and paid options (cloud processing credits and/or subscription plans that unlock faster processing and premium features). Pricing and plan details are presented in-app at time of purchase. During the beta period, Core-tier members receive founding-member perks as described separately at signup.
7. Intellectual property
Tuttii and its technology, branding, and in-app tools are owned by Tuttii Inc. Your mashup projects — the arrangements and creative choices you make — are yours, subject to the underlying rights in the source material you uploaded (see Section 3).
8. Termination
You may stop using Tuttii and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period especially, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuttii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including claims arising from content you upload.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated to users directly where appropriate.
